      Assessment records can contain sensitive information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We only collect this information when it is relevant to the service. Access is limited to Accessity staff who need it for their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the general website enquiry form unless it is necessary. We can agree a suitable way to share reports or other sensitive documents after contact has been made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sharing your information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Only Accessity staff who need personal information for their work can access it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Accessity does not sell personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We will not share information with a school, exam centre, awarding organisation, employer or other third party unless there is an appropriate reason or legal basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We may use trusted providers for services such as website hosting, email, secure document storage, accounting or payments. Where they process information for us, they must handle it securely and only for the agreed purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We may also share information if the law requires us to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This page is a starter structure for the appointed web designer. The client will finalise the wording, including the bracketed sections, once business details, forms and data processes are fixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If a third-party payment provider is used, it may process payment information directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Accessity does not need to keep full payment-card details when an external payment service processes the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We do not keep personal information for longer than we reasonably need it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Different records may need different retention periods because of professional, legal or financial requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Accessity takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Access is limited to staff who need the information for their work. Extra care is taken with assessment records, reports and other sensitive information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      No electronic system is completely risk-free, but we use appropriate measures to reduce those risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      International transfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
